Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WOWS ("the platform"), operated by Shain Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What WOWS is

WOWS is an educational market-analysis and trading-simulation platform. It provides charts, market data, news, an AI assistant and a simulated trading account funded with virtual currency. It does not handle real money and does not execute real trades. The Risk Disclaimer forms part of these terms and sets out important limits on everything the platform provides — please read it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.
  • Registration currently requires a valid invitation code. Codes are issued at our discretion and may be withdrawn or rotated at any time.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts to gain an advantage on the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract data from the platform, or resell or redistribute any market data obtained through it;
  • access the platform by automated means, or place simulated orders programmatically at a rate a human could not, other than where we have expressly permitted it;
  • attempt to probe, bypass or defeat authentication, rate limits or any other security or access control;
  • interfere with the platform's operation or impose an unreasonable load on it or on the third-party services it depends on;
  • use the platform to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to promote or facilitate financial fraud;
  • present output from the platform — including AI-generated content — to others as professional financial advice, or hold yourself out as licensed on the basis of it;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of any part of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, at our discretion and without notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit — watchlists, alerts, simulated orders and AI Analyst prompts. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the platform. AI Analyst prompts are transmitted to third-party model providers to generate a response; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Our content and third-party rights

The platform, its design, its code and its branding are owned by Shain Studio and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

The platform incorporates third-party components under their own licences, including the TradingView Advanced Charts library, which is licensed to us and may not be extracted, copied or reused from the platform. Market data, news and AI output are supplied by third parties and remain subject to their respective terms.

6. Simulated accounts are not property

Virtual currency, simulated positions, portfolio values and any ranking or statistic derived from them have no monetary value, are not redeemable for anything, and are not your property. We may reset, adjust, recalculate or remove simulated balances and histories — for example to correct a data error, fix a defect, or respond to abuse.

7. Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including features you rely on, at any time. We may update these terms; where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shain Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including any decision you make in reliance on data, AI output or simulated results obtained through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion removes your account and its associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the platform.
