Please read this page carefully before using WOWS. It describes what the platform is, what it is not, and the limits of everything you see on it.
1. WOWS is an educational simulator
WOWS is a learning and practice environment. Every trade placed on the platform is simulated using a virtual account funded with virtual currency. No real money is ever deposited, invested, transferred or withdrawn. WOWS is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution, and it is not registered or licensed as any of those in any jurisdiction.
2. Nothing here is financial advice
No content on WOWS constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. This includes, without limitation:
- output from the AI Analyst;
- news articles, headlines and summaries, including AI-generated digests;
- charts, indicators, screener results and any figures shown alongside them;
- the contents of your watchlist, alerts, or simulated portfolio;
- articles published on the blog.
No fiduciary, advisory or professional relationship is created by your use of WOWS. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified, licensed professional in your own jurisdiction before acting on anything you read here.
3. AI output can be wrong
The AI Analyst is built on large language models supplied by third parties. Such models can produce statements that are inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated — including invented figures, events and sources. Output may also reflect biases present in the underlying training data. WOWS does not verify AI-generated content before it reaches you. Treat every AI response as an unverified starting point, never as fact.
4. Market data is provided "as is"
Quotes, historical bars, fundamentals, news and screener results are sourced from third-party providers over public and free-tier interfaces. This data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, adjusted, revised or simply wrong, and it may differ from the prices available at a real broker. WOWS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any data, and is not responsible for provider outages, errors or changes.
5. Simulated results do not predict real results
The trading engine is an approximation of a real brokerage. It applies a simplified commission and slippage model, fills resting orders on a periodic schedule rather than tick by tick, and does not model an order book, partial fills, liquidity constraints, borrowing costs, dividends, corporate actions, taxes or real bid/ask spreads.
As a result, simulated performance is hypothetical. Past performance — simulated or real — does not indicate future results. A profitable simulated record is not evidence that the same approach would have been, or would be, profitable with real money. Real trading involves the risk of substantial loss, including loss of your entire investment.
6. Availability and errors
WOWS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The platform may be unavailable, interrupted or subject to defects at any time, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shain Studio accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its content.
7. Questions
